How we Work

Consipere recognizes that you may change your mind about priorities and requirements. To face this we adopted the idea of "empirical process control".

Consipere follows agile methodologies to measure the real-world progress of a project – not a best guess of uniformed forecast. Believing this manifest we have been implementing Scrum, where projects are divided into succinct work cadences, known as sprints, which are typically one week, two weeks, or three weeks in duration.

At the end of each sprint, we and you meet to assess the progress of a project and plan its next steps. This allows a project’s direction to be adjusted or reoriented based on completed work or highly emergent requirements, not on speculation nor on predictions.

If Scrum’s capacity for adaption and flexibility makes it an appealing option, the stability of its practices give teams something to lean on when development gets confused. Scrum effectively forces teams together on a daily basis and provides a natural environment for resolving issues early, besides keeping everybody focused.
